Wolfgang Gieler, LTD allows products to be returned for any reason within 15 days after receipt of your purchase, as determined by the delivery date per the carrier’s tracking system.
When your purchase arrives, thoroughly inspect the product and packaging before ensuring fit and removing or disposing of any tags or included components, such as the designer shoe box, shoe bags, certificate of authenticity, etc.
While ensuring your purchase fits properly, be sure to protect the interior and exterior of the product, ideally fitting on a clean carpeted or padded surface and wearing socks or nylons.
Wolfgang Gieler, LTD will not accept the return or exchange of items that have been used, worn, washed, damaged or soiled by the purchaser; been exposed to the elements; had the tags removed; missing or damaged components (including, but not limited to, the shoe box, shoe bags, certificate of authenticity, etc.).
Be advised, Wolfgang Gieler, LTD does not refund expedited shipping charges, international shipping charges, or international customs duties and taxes. Wolfgang Gieler, LTD will not reimburse return shipping charges if you fail to use the provided prepaid shipping label.
Products may be exchanged for a different size in the same style, color and material combination. Exchanges will be shipped via the same method as the original purchase. International shipments may be subject to new international customs duties and taxes, at the customer’s expense.
To initiate a product return within the 15 day return period, send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
Wolfgang Gieler, LTD will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for our preferred carrier. Please drop the package off at any of the carrier’s locations within 7 days of receiving the return shipping label.
Refunds and exchanges will be issued within 7 days of receipt and verification of the returned products. Wolfgang Gieler, LTD will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product and all applicable USA sales taxes. Refunds will be credited to the same account used for payment. To prevent fraud and due to PCI compliance, Wolfgang Gieler, LTD is unable to issue refunds to a different account. Please allow up to 30 days for your financial institution to process the credit and for it to appear on your statement.
Returning products without contacting Wolfgang Gieler, LTD at email@example.com will result in delays, or the inability, to process the return due to insufficient information.
If you receive incorrect or damaged products, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately to initiate a return for exchange or refund. Wolfgang Gieler, LTD will send you the correct products and/or replace damaged products.
